Water Baths

“TEMPO” make constant temperature water bath are ideal for application in refractometry, polarimetry, rotational viscometry, in biotechnology laboratories for the development of culture applications & general laboratory work. Besides it, these constant temperature water baths are useful in the chemical industry, biology, pharmacy, environmental protection, hygiene & disease control, academies and other science research and producing areas.

Standard Models

• Inside SS 304 with mirror polish & outside mild steel powder coated.

GMP Models

• Inside SS 316 with mirror polish & outside stainless steel 304 with the dull buff finish.

Construction

• Constant temperature water bath is double walled in construction. The units are insulated with high grade glass wool/PUF.

Controlling System

• Two separate imported microprocessors based autotune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature.

Heating System

SS tubular heaters (water immersion type) is used at the bottom for better heat distribution.

Water Circulation

The water circulation pump is provided for better uniformity of temperature instead of the stirrer. The side mounted circulating pump provides the minimum capacity of 15 ltr per min.

TEMPO” make cryo baths are designed for research work with the desired temperature with high accuracy. The temperature is controlled by means of microprocessor based PLD controller with an accuracy of 1°C. The unit is provided with a circulating pump to ensure uniform temperature.

“TEMPO” cryo bath offers a combination of contemporary cabinet design, advanced microcontroller and a range of accessories to suit your specific laboratory or process application. The baths are provided with high strength cabinet construction with stainless steel interior tanks withstand the most critical applications in demanding environments. The unit is mounted on castor wheels for ease of mobility.

Double walled construction with inner SS argon welded one-piece pot to avoid leakages. 2″ thick insulation ensures stable temperature with reducing energy consumption. CFC free hermetically sealed Emerson Copland make compressor for better cooling with R134 A (eco friendly) refrigerant with time delay to safeguard the compressor.

Safety alarm with temperature overshoot and undershoot. Compressor ON delay timer (2 min) to safeguard the compressor.
