Lab Drying Oven

“TEMPO” make lab drying TI ‐ 126 series ovens with forced air draft provided by means of blower fitted at the bottom of the oven. There is no re‐circulation of air.

Construction

• Ovens are made of double walled construction. The unit is insulated with 3” thick high grade glass wool insulation. The single door is fitted on heavy duty hinges. The unit is provided user friendly adjustable stainless steel rod trays.

Controlling System

• Microprocessors based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature.

Air Circulation

• Forced air draft is provided by means of blower fitted at the bottom of the oven (there is no re‐circulation of air).

Heating System

• Heating element made from the best quality Kanthal wire are used on refractory supports.

Humidity Oven

• “TEMPO” make humidity ovens are manufactured and design for electrical & electronic industries for testing components and equipment as per ISO 9000:2015 Testing cement, batteries, cigarettes, or any other material demanding controlled temperature & humidity. It is also used in industries like pharmaceutical for accelerating ageing, food & beverage, packing, department of botany, cytology, plant & animal breeding.

Construction

• “TEMPO” make humidity oven is double walled constructed with backside as a triple wall. The 3” thick PUF insulation ensures a stable temperature and humidity & also a reduction in energy consumption. The motorized blower is at the back side of the chamber to develops a unique air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature & humidity condition inside the chamber. The unique air flow assures quick recovery after door openings.

Hybridization Oven

• “TEMPO” make hybridization oven are with the forced air circulation provided by means of the motorized blower on the backside of the oven for recirculation of air which ensures a homogenous hot air mixture and exact temperature control.

• Construction
• The hybridization oven is constructed with double walled and backside had triple wall in construction. The unit is insulated with high grade glass wool. The single door is fitted on the heavy hinges with inbuild silicon door gasket rotator. The racks are provided to hold the glass tubes which are various sizes and rotate at variable speed.

“TEMPO” make multicell ageing oven suitable for ageing test of PVC & rubber as per BS 903 part A 19 method A for rubber. BS 6746 (1976) method E for PVC. It confirms to IS 3400 (Part IV) 1978.

Diaphragm pump at bottom of the chamber develops unique preheated airflow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature condition inside each cell changes per hour through all the cells. Rotameter with needle value to control the rate of flow of air. A small brushless diaphragm pump, no chance of generating ozone. Airflow is regulated through a rotameter of suitable range. The unit is supplied with castor wheels for ease of movement. Supplied complete with a diaphragm pump, rotameter & air filter. Each cell is provided with a double lid.

Natural convection ovens are ideal for sterilization, drying, and thermal storage tasks which do not require high drying rates or special time parameters. Hot air ovens use dry heat sterilization. “TEMPO” make lab precision oven (hot ait oven) uses forced air circulation method to get the desired temperature profile. In the dry heat sterilization process, the material used for heating has the characteristics of a high melting point and it will not catch fire or changes its form while heating at a higher temperature. To ensure the homogeneous hot air mixture inside the oven, a motorized blower is fitted on the top of the chamber which ensures the exact temperature inside the chamber.

Construction
“TEMPO” laboratory precision oven (hot air oven) is made up of triple-walled construction. The cabinets are made using stainless steel material. A single door is provided which is fitted on the heavy hinges and provided the required gasket to reduce the leakage. The 3″ thick glass wool insulation is provided to prevent heat loss. The heat is generated inside the oven using the tubular air heaters fitted on both sides of the chamber. The air circulation is achieved by using the fan which is run by using the motor. The specially designed stainless steel rod trays are provided to place the material for heating. The microprocessor-based autotune PID controller is used to maintain the desired temperature range during the operation. It helps to protect your oven from temperature overshoot. A timer is provided to showcase the results.
