Construction
“TEMPO” make bacteriological incubator are made up of double walled construction. Full view inner acrylic door & front door with gasket & lock. The motorized blower is fitted on the backside for uniform temperature (only forced air circulation model). Insulation is provided by means of suitable PUF insulation. The unit is provided with adjustable stainless steel rod trays.

Technical Specification

  • Controlling System : Microprocessor based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of the value and process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used.
  • Air Circulation (only forced air circulation) : The motorized blower at the backside of the chamber develops a unique airflow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. A unique airflow ensures quick recovery after the doors are opened.
  • Heating System : Forced air circulation model – high quality SS tubular heaters are used for better heating conditions.
  • Natural convection model – the heating elements are made from the best quality Kanthal/Nichrome wire for refractory purpose.

Construction
BOD Incubator is made of double walled construction with thick high grade PUF insulation. Full view inner acrylic door & front door with gasket & locking arrangement. The motorized blower at backside of the chamber develops a unique air ow system to maintain uniform temperature condition inside the chamber. Unique air ow assures quick recovery after door openings. The unit is provided with a user friendly adjustable specially designed S.S rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution. The equipment is mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.

The observation window (30 × 30 cm) is provided for viewing the sample inside the chamber. The unit is provided with perforated stainless steel trays.

The sensor (transmitter type 4-20 ma) which will accurately measure the temperature and humidity is provided with a high speed ethernet communication. The internal working area is illuminated.


Features
The sturdy design and long lasting finish ensure the minimum maintenance is required. The tongue and the grooves are moulded to close tolerance ensuring there is a tight fit between the panels. These prevent the condensation from forming on the foam a which minimizes the heat transfer. The high quality hardware like hinges and handles used in panels are indigenous and are imported.

Safety Features

  • Audio visual alarms are used for temperature and humidity variations.
  • If the temperature increases above the 60°C the system will automatically cut off the dry heater, wet heater and the compressor.
  • The float switch is used to cut off the wet heater supply in case of the water level in the tank goes below.
